These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mavelle London website and purchases made through our online store.

2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect colour display, and fit can vary by product. Product-specific measurements and fit information take priority over general size guidance.
4. Prices and currency
Prices shown for the UK store are displayed in GBP. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the order, subject to any valid discount or promotion applied before payment.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, as applicable. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.
6. Promotions and discounts
Promotions apply only when shown as active on the website or at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
7. Shipping & delivery
Standard UK shipping is free. Our daily order cut-off is 14:00 GMT. Processing is estimated at 1–3 business days and transit at 4–6 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 5–9 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, address issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 8. Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers must contact Customer Care before sending a return so that the authorised instructions and destination can be provided. See our Returns & Refunds page for full terms.
9. Payment
Payments are processed through the methods made available at Shopify checkout. See our Payment Policy for current payment information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.
10. Customer accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account, except where the law provides otherwise.

The Mavelle London name, website design, text, graphics, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law.
